“Our daughter had the privilege of working with Scott Prince as she began the process of choosing a college at Louisville Collegiate School in Louisville. Mr. Prince is a very organized, well informed and capable college counselor, and students and parents feel very confident in his abilities and expertise as he helps guide the process. His methodology of helping students prepare included a very early meeting with students well in advance of the application deadlines to have them answer a series of questions that aided in identifying the type, size and location of school that the student desired. Then, working collaboratively, Mr. Prince ensured the desires of the student matched the characteristics of the schools that they preliminarily chose, and that the students grades, scores and extra-curricular activities were a match for the particular schools. One of the most difficult portions of college applications for some students is the essay. Mr. Prince discussed the essay early in the process with our daughter and it helped her to thoughtfully and comfortably frame the topic of her essay. During her drafting, Mr. Prince was always available with gentle encouragement and suggestions for her consideration. We highly recommend Mr. Prince as a college counselor, and feel that he was an important asset in helping us select the appropriate college for our daughter.”
